How to delete your account
How to delete your user account in the TipLeague app.
You can delete your TipLeague account in two ways.
1. Directly in the app
- Open the TipLeague app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap the Delete account button at the bottom
- Confirm the deletion (two-step check)
Your account and all your data are erased instantly.
2. By email
If you don’t have access to the app, send an email from your registered email address to:
We’ll delete your account and all your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- User account (email, password, PIN, username)
- Avatar
- Prediction history and scores
- Statistics
- Achievements and trophies
- Group memberships
- Push notification token
What stays
Anonymised records in the leaderboards of groups you were a member of — shown as “Deleted user” — so the competition isn’t disrupted for the other group members.
No personal data can be linked to this record.
