Terms of Service for the TipLeague mobile app and the tipleague.fun website.

Effective from: 10 May 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the TipLeague mobile app (the “App”) and the tipleague.fun website (the “Website”), operated by:

By downloading, registering or using the App you confirm that you have read the Terms, understand them and agree to them.

2. Nature of the service

TipLeague is a fun app for predicting sports results within private or public groups of friends. The App:

  • ✅ Is free and serves for fun and for comparing prediction skills among friends.
  • ❌ Is not a game of chance within the meaning of Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on games of chance.
  • ❌ Does not allow money bets or material prizes — the only reward is your position on the leaderboard, virtual trophies and achievements.
  • ❌ Does not provide financial advice or third-party betting recommendations.

If you’re looking for a bookmaker, this isn’t the right place.

3. Registration and account

3.1 Eligibility

The App may be used by people over 16 years of age. By registering you confirm that you are at least 16.

3.2 Registration details

You must provide truthful details (email, username). You may not use someone else’s email or impersonate another person.

3.3 Account security

You are responsible for the security of your password and PIN. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect misuse, contact us.

3.4 One account per person

Each user may have one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards is prohibited and leads to a ban.

4. Rules of use

When using the App you agree to:

  • Not use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Not abuse the service (DoS, scraping, reverse engineering, automated predicting by bots)
  • Not post an offensive, vulgar, racist, sexual or otherwise inappropriate username or group name
  • Not circumvent technical or security measures
  • Respect other players

A breach may lead to a warning, a temporary ban or permanent account deletion without any right to compensation.

5. User content

For groups, usernames, avatars and predictions you create, the following applies:

  • You are the author of the content you enter
  • You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display this content within the App to the other members of your groups
  • You may not upload content you don’t have rights to
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

6. Predicting and points

6.1 Point calculation rules

Points are calculated according to the rules described in the App (correct score, winner, exact prediction, Top 3 in races, etc.). The rules may change — the current version is always in the App.

6.2 Prediction deadline

Predictions can only be entered before the start of a match or race. After the deadline predictions cannot be changed.

6.3 Disputes over results

Results are entered by an admin based on official sources. If you spot an error, write to maros@oktodigital.com. Once confirmed, we’ll recalculate the points.

6.4 Points, achievements and trophies have no monetary value

They are purely virtual ratings within the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other accounts.

7. Groups

7.1 Creating groups

You can create a group, be its admin and invite others via an invite code. You are responsible for the rules and content of your group.

7.2 Public groups

You can make a group public. The group name and member count are publicly visible.

7.3 Closing a group

After a competition ends, the admin can close the group. Once closed, trophies are awarded and the group is archived.

8. Service availability

  • We provide the App “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability
  • We may perform maintenance during which the App may not work
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the App at any time
  • If we terminate the App, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice (by push notification or email) and provide a way to export your data

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for incorrect match results shown in the App (admin entry errors)
  • We are not liable for data loss caused by a failure of your device
  • We are not liable for damages arising from using predictions for third-party betting — the App is not a betting or predictive service
  • Our total liability towards you will not exceed EUR 0 (the service is provided free of charge)

These limits do not apply to the extent the law prohibits limiting them (e.g. intentional damage, personal injury, statutory consumer rights).

10. Intellectual property

  • The App, its design, code, logo and the “TipLeague” brand are the intellectual property of the operator
  • Competition, club and country-flag logos etc. belong to their respective owners and are used for illustration only
  • You may not copy, modify or distribute the App outside normal use

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by you

You can delete your account any time (Profile → Delete account). The steps are described on the Delete account page.

11.2 Termination by us

We may ban or delete an account for:

  • a breach of these Terms
  • suspected fraud or abuse
  • a legal obligation

For a serious breach we may do so even without prior warning.

12. App Store and Google Play

When you download the App from the App Store or Google Play, their own terms also apply:

  • Apple: The standard EULA applies subsidiarily to the relationship between you and Apple — Apple is not a party to this agreement.
  • Google: Google Play Terms of Service.

The relationship regarding the service itself is between you and okto.digital s.r.o.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms. For a material change we will notify you by push notification or at your next sign-in. By continuing to use the App after a change you agree to the new Terms. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement; if that isn’t possible, the courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction.

As a consumer you have the right to alternative dispute resolution via the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk) or the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
